Ingredients:
1 square chocolate 2/3 cup sugar 2 tbsp boiling water 2 cups thin cream 1 cup pecans 2/3 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt
Method:
1. Melt the chocolate, add sugar, and cook with water until smooth and glossy. 2. Add the cream slowly, then the salt, the pecans crushed into small pieces, and the vanilla. 3. Cool and freeze. 4. Serve with whipped cream and a few pecans.
