Serves 4
2 1/2 cups apricot nectar, chilled 1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated Milk, chilled 1 cup ice cubes 3 tbls. granulated sugar Place nectar, evaporated milk, ice and sugar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
